Exchange Policy

At Sana Zee, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right through a simple and respectful exchange process.

Eligible for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, and unaltered, with original packaging and tags intact.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are available for:

    Incorrect items received

    Size concerns

Not Eligible

  • Custom or made-to-measure pieces

  • Sale or discounted merchandise

  • Jewelry, bags & clutches

How to Request
  • Email us at info@sanazee.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

  • We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

  • After we receive and review the returned item, we’ll arrange your exchange or issue store credit

Shipping Details

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost and risk when sending items back for exchange.

  • We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during exchange shipment.

  • Please use a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Sana Zee reserves the right to respectfully decline returns that don’t meet the above criteria.

Order Cancellation Policy

At Sana Zee, we understand that sometimes plans change. We’re happy to accept cancellation requests under the following conditions:

Cancellation Eligibility

  • Ready-to-ship (non-customized) items:
    Can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever comes first.

  • Customized or made-to-measure products:
    Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order only. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellation is no longer possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.

Important Notes

  • Once the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

  • Approved cancellations will be confirmed via email and processed accordingly.

  • Sana Zee reserves the right to decline cancellation if the request does not meet the above conditions
